Worst computer repair experience of my life. Sent in a PC to be cleaned of a virus, came back with more problems than it went in with. It came back with the operating system re installed, ok but whats the problem? It came back with a version of Windows 7 which was 10 years old, and most likely illegal, how do i know? they left a BURNT copy of the operating system IN THE DISC DRIVE, i still have it and even took a photo, the disc read " ALTERED WIN 7 x 64BIT" scribbled poorly in permanent marker. The thing was that virtually none of the drivers were updated, and some where wholly missing. The PC wouldn't even recognize its own graphics chipset, wouldn't play any sound, keyboard wouldn't register, and the internet connection wasn't working properly.
