Ive been standing in a line for 45 mins to check into my room. It is 4:34 pm and my room is not even ready! I dont care if it is a holiday weekend if i pay for my room to be ready at check in time then it should be ready. Now i have 4 screaming kids that are tired from being in the waterpark, and we have no where to go! And guess what, no mention of a discount or an upgrade or anything. Terrible customer service, and terrible managnent.... hire new people! After our stay this weekend we WILL NEVER be back to this place again unless something is done about my waiting.....
