I had a great experience with Banyan Yoga And Ayurveda LLC. The instructors were knowledgeable and the classes were well-paced and challenging. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice. The facilities were clean and the atmosphere was calming. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
