I recently booked a trip with Haya travel and I must say it was an average experience. The service was decent but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to use and the booking process was smooth. However, the customer service could have been better. I had some issues with my flight schedule and it took quite some time to get them resolved. Overall, I would rate my experience with Haya travel as average.
