I have 2 claims that are on hold and message code ...

I have 2 claims that are on hold and message code 108. I haven t received any information in the mail about what is going on with the claims or a phone call. You can t get ahold of a human to talk to anymore and now bills are behind cause my claims are on hold. I would give 0 stars if I could. A little communication goes a long way you know.
