Poor food and worse service. Our night started with the server taking our drink order and, more or less, never returning. After having to leave our table and ask the hostess for help 20 mins later, our waitress returned for the last and final time to take our order. When the food came out, we didn't have any utensils. I asked another server if they could grab me a set, he agreed and never came back. After the food had gone cold while waiting, I left the table again and asked the same hostess for utensils. Once we finished eating we waited another 20 minutes hoping the waitress would come check on us so we could ask for a check. Eventually it was clear that she was never coming, so I went to the same hostess to ask for our check. She was shocked that our waitress was still absent and responded by saying she would send the manager to our table. We expressed all of this to the manager, who took 10% off our bill--I guess he thought less than $3 off solved this problem. Please know that I am far from picky. I understand that needy tables exist, busy nights happen, and things get forgotten--but my experience at KC's Alley was poorly handled by everyone except the hostess.
