The phone in my car would not allow me to connect ...

The phone in my car would not allow me to connect to my phone book; however, I could use the speed dial function or dial the number by memory (like that is going to happen). So I pulled into the service bay with NO appointment and asked one of the service people to assist me. The young man said as soon as I am finished checking this lady in, I will be right with you. I waited only a few minutes and the young man (sorry I didn't get his name) got into my car and tried to attempt to fix the problem. He tried many different ways, but it just wouldn't connect. I was feeling a little guilty, because I just pulled in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. He then went to get Adam (I believe) to help. So, I had two of them in my car trying to connect the phone. Adam connected the phone in about a minute. I thanked both of them for taking their time to assist me. I drove off happy because of the kindness they showed me and the fact my phone was connected again. Thank you Rosenthal Acura Service guys. I really appreciate it!
