I have had a mixed experience with 101 Equipment CO INC. While their product range and prices are good, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been instances when I faced issues with faulty equipment and it took quite some time to get a resolution. However, when things were working fine, I was satisfied with their products. Overall, a decent company with room for improvement.
