I have been a customer of Kentucky First Federal Bancorp for over five years and I can confidently say that my experience with them has been average. Their services are decent, but nothing exceptional. I appreciate their online banking platform, which is user-friendly and convenient. However, I have encountered a few issues with their customer support in the past, as they were not very responsive to my inquiries. Overall, Kentucky First Federal Bancorp is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
