I had an average experience with Hightide holidays. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to book my trip without any issues. However, I was not impressed with the accommodations provided. The room was small and outdated, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Overall, I would say my experience was just average.
