I understand when people are happy with their purchase of a Lexus vehicle. Lexus car is a great product, but wait till you come back to this place for your maintenance.

I'll try to be short. I got a Lexus Certified vehicle. "Certified" means I pre-paid for insurance and some maintenance upfront, including loaners. Scheduled first oil change last week, according to the label on a windshield and the maintenance light after 5K miles. Brought the car in at 8:15AM, was told they don't have loaners. The parking lot is choke full of cars, but, ok, rescheduled in a couple of days. Brought the car in second time and was REFUSED(!) an oil change, because the car apparently uses newer 0w20 oil and the recommended mileage between oil changes is 10K.

Hm. How interesting.

Little did they know that I've been a customer of this place for 8+ years and I got another Lexus that uses the same exact 0w20 oil. I've been bringing it for oil changes every 5K (according to the label on a windshield and according to the maintenance light). Not a single time did anyone tell me I shouldn't change oil that often. Quite the opposite, they were happy to charge me for an oil change, when I pay for it, but outright refused to change oil after 5K when it was their time to cover the cost.

This place really wants to have it both ways. They will silently let you waste your money on unnecessary services and will fight you for every penny of the services on your certified vehicle you've basically pre-paid for.

Didn't call me back asking my opinion on how they did this time either. I wonder why.
