I've had a mixed experience with Mobile City GmbH. While their product range and pricing are good, the customer service can be a hit or miss. I had an issue with my order, and it took several days of back and forth communication to finally get it resolved. The company could definitely improve their response times and overall customer support. However, I appreciate their willingness to rectify the situation eventually.
