I recently came across a foundation called Pkd Foundation Australia. I was impressed by their work in supporting patients with PKD, a genetic kidney disease. Their website is a great source of information and resources for both patients and their families. I really appreciate their efforts in spreading awareness about PKD. Keep up the good work!
