As a customer of West Motor Freight, I must say that their services are average. I have been using their transportation services for the past few months, and while they get the job done, there is nothing exceptional about their services. The rates are reasonable, and the deliveries are on time, but there is room for improvement. I hope they work on enhancing their customer service for a better experience.
