The research organization I recently visited had an average website, without any mentions of Consiglio nazionale delle ricerche - cnr. Although the website, irpps.cnr.it, provided the information I was looking for, it lacked an intuitive user interface. It took me some time to find what I needed. Overall, it was an okay experience.
