I had an average experience with Redken pureology & matrix l'oreal professionnel. The products were okay, but nothing exceptional. I found them to be quite average in terms of performance and quality. While they got the job done, I wasn't blown away by the results. The packaging was also nothing special. Overall, an average experience that didn't leave a lasting impression.
