I have known Frank for a few years through Facebook. Around a year ago, he helped me update my mother's Macbook with current anti-virus software (she was hospitalized and I was staying at her place, using her Mac). He has also helped me trouble-shoot some PC problems that I was struggling with and unable to figure out (and I am no slouch, I have advanced certification on MSWORD, and MSEXCELL) I really appreciate his assistance.
