I recently had an alarm system installed in my home by Alert Alarm Systems Plus, Inc. The technicians were efficient and got the job done quickly. However, I feel that the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and did not provide clear instructions on how to use the system. Overall, the system works well, but the experience could have been better.
