I have had an average experience with Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation. Their website vbcdc.org is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that their customer service could be improved. The staff can be a bit slow in responding to inquiries and it feels like they don't always prioritize customer satisfaction. Overall, it's an okay company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
