I recently had the opportunity to work with Advantex Fire Systems and overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. The initial communication with their team was prompt and professional. However, I found the response time during the project to be a bit sluggish. While the technicians were knowledgeable and completed the work as expected, there were some minor issues that required follow-up. The customer service could have been more attentive and proactive in addressing these concerns. In terms of pricing, Advantex Fire Systems was fairly competitive compared to similar companies in the industry. Overall, I would say that my experience with them was average, not exceptional but not terrible either.
