As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Smoky Mountain Chevrolet INC. Their website, smchevy.com, was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their vehicles. However, the customer service could be improved. The staff was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping me find the right car. Overall, it was an okay experience, but nothing exceptional.
