I recently had the opportunity to work with a local real estate company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information about various properties available. However, I felt that the customer service was lacking. While the agents were professional, they didn't go above and beyond to ensure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. Additionally, the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of certain matters. On the positive side, the agents were knowledgeable about the local market and were able to provide helpful insights. In the future, I would appreciate more proactive and efficient communication from this company.
