I had an overall average experience with Shaw & Sullivan, P.C. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I found their services to be just okay. They were knowledgeable and efficient, but I wasn't blown away by their expertise. The website could be improved to provide more detailed information about their services. I would recommend them for basic accounting needs, but for more complex tax matters, I would look elsewhere.
