Haptic, and our account manager Jade in particular, have been absolutely fantastic over the many years I've dealt with them. Jade responds to quote requests quickly and efficiently without hassle or endless emails, and is always happy to offer advice where needed. No purchase is too small, she pays equal attention to a request for a bunch of spare mice as to a major order for networking equipment.
