I have been using Ziptel for a while now, and I must say that their service is average. The call quality is decent, but there have been occasional dropouts and disruptions. The customer support team is helpful, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. Overall, they are an okay option for telecommunications services, but there is room for improvement.
