I had an average experience with XOsight. The website was easy to navigate and I found the information I needed. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. The response time was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I think XOsight is an okay company but they could definitely improve their customer support.
