I have been a customer of Hateco.de for the past three years and I must say that their services are average. The website is user-friendly and the delivery is always on time. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and they don't always resolve the issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate Hateco.de as average.
