As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that the national authority for tunnels (n.a.t) is doing an average job. They have been able to provide a satisfactory level of service in terms of the maintenance and management of tunnels. However, there is still room for improvement. The communication between the authority and the public could be better, and there are some areas where safety measures could be enhanced. Overall, I think the authority is doing an average job, but there is definitely potential for improvement.
