I recently used this company's services for IT support and was somewhat disappointed with the experience. The initial response time was good, but I found that the follow-up communication was lacking. The technician who came to address the issue seemed knowledgeable but didn't provide a clear explanation of the problem. The company's website also feels a bit outdated and could use an upgrade for better user experience. On the positive side, the pricing was fair, and they did manage to fix the issue in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, my experience was average.
