I recently started practicing yoga at Hattiesburg Hot Yoga And More and it has been a game changer. The instructors are amazing and make every class enjoyable. I feel more flexible, stronger, and more balanced. The studio is clean, spacious, and has a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!
