As a customer, I found the website and services to be decent. The website design is simple and easy to navigate, making it convenient to find information about environmental initiatives and programs. However, I did experience some delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The information provided was helpful, but I think there could be more detailed resources available on the website. Overall, my experience was average. There is potential for improvement in customer service responsiveness and the depth of information provided. I hope to see the company continue to develop and enhance their services for the benefit of the environment and the community.
