I recently worked with this HR consulting firm and found their services to be quite average. While the staff was friendly and responsive, I felt that the level of expertise and guidance provided was not as comprehensive as I had hoped for. The overall experience was satisfactory, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of innovative solutions and industry insights. On the positive side, they did work diligently to address my concerns, and I appreciated their efforts to accommodate my needs. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of the depth of their consulting services. I would recommend this firm for basic HR needs, but for more complex situations, I would suggest exploring other options. 🤔
