Virtus risk management is an average company. The services they provide are satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer for a few years now, and while I have no major complaints, I also haven't seen anything that makes me say 'wow'. Overall, they offer solid risk management solutions, but there is definitely room for improvement.
