I had an average experience with Venum. The website snatchdeals.com was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and the representative I spoke to didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, I would say my experience with Venum was just okay.
