I had a mixed experience with Tims Rv INC. The quality of their RVs is excellent, but their customer service could use some improvement. I had some issues with my RV and it took a while to get them resolved. However, once I got in touch with the right person, they were able to help me out. Overall, I would say that the company is worth considering if you're in the market for an RV.
