Customer service at Broxbourne council has been pretty good. While the website could be improved in terms of user-friendliness, the staff has been helpful and responsive to my queries. I appreciate their effort in addressing my concerns. However, I would suggest they work on enhancing the online experience for a smoother interaction with the council.
