Unhappy with the service from this company. I have been unable to order new ribbons and every time I call in, I get a different number or a redirect to either someone who is unavailable or someone who does not know what they are speaking about. They referred me to a provider in the area who supposedly had the ribbons, I called them and even sent my employee over there and they said they do not. I wonder how I'm supposed to test the product further and order more printers if I can't even get ribbons ordered?
