I hired a party planning service for my daughter's birthday, and while the service provided by Perfect Parties Usa was okay, it didn't really meet my expectations. The decorations were nice, but I felt like there was a lack of attention to detail. The party lacked some fun activities, and the party favors were not as creative as I had hoped for. Overall, it was an average experience.
