I had an average experience with Serpal. The website pool-palette.com was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of pool products. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other online stores. The customer service was average, they responded to my queries but didn't go above and beyond to assist me. Overall, it was an okay experience.
