I would rate Environquip - engenharia de sistemas ambientais ltda as average. The quality of their services is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. They were generally responsive to my inquiries and provided the requested information on time. However, the overall experience could have been better. The communication process was not as smooth as I expected, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. That being said, I appreciate their efforts and would consider working with them in the future.
