We stayed in a King Suite for a weekend. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We were on the 17th floor and had a lovely view toward the river. XIX was closed for dining due to the pandemic, but we did get room service and the food was good. We missed out on some of the hotel's normal features (shopping, the more grand entrances and the food court) but hopefully they will reopen soon. This hotel is a gem and I'd love to stay again!
