I have been a customer of Level Group AS for a few years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide decent products, their customer support could use some improvement. Sometimes it feels like they are not really listening to my concerns, and it can be frustrating. However, their prices are competitive, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate them as average.
