ILoveKickboxing in Seekonk is one of the best gyms that I have ever been too. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an energetic, motivational, and fun environment to work out in. The instructors are so welcoming, encouraging, supportive, and motivating. The workouts can be modified based on your ability level, you are always able to keep up at your own pace, and if you need help the instructors are always there to help/teach you.
