Very poor/non-existent customer service. I requested pricing and Matthew in their parts department said he would get back to me. After a few days, I sent a follow up email and eventually 3 more emails over a two week span, but never received pricing. I then contacted another vendor and they provided pricing within a day. I'm not sure how this company stays in business with such poor customer service. Look elsewhere for your material handling needs.
