I have been using my Usprobikes bike for a few months now and I am extremely satisfied with it. The bike is sturdy, comfortable, and rides smoothly. The customer service was also great, they answered all my queries promptly. The only suggestion I have is to improve the packaging of the bike for shipping, as it arrived with some minor scratches. Other than that, I highly recommend Usprobikes for their excellent products and service.
