The apartments are dirty, and when you need repairs, they do nothing (except cash money - for that they are very fast). Too many drugs in the corner. I lock up my children all the time and I take them to play somewhere else when I do not. If it was not that I did not want to disturb the academic course of my children, I would have left.
Please, if you have children, do not live in these apartments, you will regret it bitterly.
