Loancare is an Extremely Frustrating company to deal with. I have wasted many hours on the phone and via email trying to get my Escrow adjusted to keep my monthly payment below a certain amount and was told to do different things by different Loancare represenitives. After sending a check and letter requesting the adjustment as instructed, the monthly payment amount did not change. After that, I talked with a lady who seemed to know how to get the deal done but ultimately they just refunded all of my escrow overage without any explanation. Basically Loancare gave me the Screw You, we don t want to work with you treatment. I have Mortgages with other lenders and an Escrow buy down has never been a problem with any of them. The name of this company should be LoanDontCare.
