I had a mixed experience with a recent events company. While some aspects of their service were good, there were a few areas that could have been better. The team was attentive and responsive to our needs, but there were instances where miscommunication led to delays in the planning process. Overall, they were able to deliver a satisfactory event, but I believe there is room for improvement.
