Stairs and hardwood floor make too much noise- way...

Stairs and hardwood floor make too much noise- way TOO LOUD! Whoever built the stairs and floor needs to return the money back to the city or fix the noise asap. Other than that, the library is nice/modern and i like the rooftop.
