I recently discovered this amazing maple syrup and I'm hooked. The flavor is unlike any other syrup I've tried before. It's sweet, but not overly so, and it has a depth of flavor that is simply divine. I love drizzling it over my morning pancakes or using it as a glaze for roasted vegetables.
